Songbird kombucha is owned by husband-and-wife team Jacob and Elsa. They are committed to crafting high-quality, authentic kombucha using exclusively organic ingredients and creating seasonal flavors as often as possible. It is our mission to revitalize the traditional practices of fermentation while promoting localized food systems. Kombucha is a sparkling, nonalcoholic beverage made with tea and flavored with all sorts of fruits, herbs, or other natural ingredients. The couple launched their business at the Fall’s Park Farmers’ Market in 2020.
