I have always been one to take on a challenge. When I first tried a macaron, almost 10 years ago, I became set on achieving the perfect macaron. Over the last 7 years, I have been working on my signature macaron recipe. After a short time owning and running a coffee shop in Yankton, SD, I moved to Sioux Falls with my fiancé to get a fresh start. In the spring of 2021, Monday’s Macarons was officially open for business to the public through the support of local retailers. The macarons are made in a home kitchen with great precautions taken to create gluten friendly products. Custom orders are available through Facebook, Instagram, text, or email.
